Mike Johnson and the staff at this location understand how to make someone feel comfortable when making a large purchase like this. The salesman Mike was very reasonable to deal with. Up front and honest. I live about 2 1/2 hours from the dealership and it was going to be difficult for me to get back to pick the bike up so he was able to deliver it to a local dealer by me at no charge. All and all it was a very pleasant experience.

I have been going to Low Country Harley since 2003 when I bought my first Harley. Summerville may not be the flag ship, but they are a shining gem. Even though the service guys were backed up, Jimmie worked me in and got my problem worked out. He listened, cared, and explained my needs. I never do these reviews, but this is a good Harley shop. Dropped the scoot off to get tires mounted and balanced and some unforeseen warranty work. Shane is a solid dude and honest....I have no problem actually recommending this place to folks.

I just had probably the BEST experience a traveling biker could have. Jimmie (service manager) and Joe (general manager) treated me with priority and with extreme professionalism. My bike broke 500 miles from home and was towed to Summerville Harley-Davidson last night. I got there this morning when they opened, explained what happened and my time constraints. Jimmie immediately pulled a bike off the lift, put mine on and assigned a technician to start investigating the issue. In a short period of time they determined my issue was going to have a significant cost and would take more time to fix than I could spend. Jimmie also discovered I had an extended warranty that other dealership never told me about (probably because the other dealership was trying to sell me one and pocket the money). Joe took over from there a got the extended warranty transferred into my name. Not only did I get fast/friendly service and an extended warranty, they discounted the labor bill for investigating the problem because I wasn't going to be able to get it fixed there. I can't praise them enough for the treatment I got. They are TOP NOTCH. Other dealerships should take lessons. Thanks again to Jimmie and Joe at Summerville Harley-Davidson, you guys are the best.

I Bought a Brand New 2018 Street Glide from Josh at Summerville Harley in Feb.. The whole experience was fun and exciting, as it should be. I got a great price from these guys and would highly recommend shopping here.

Shane, in service, brought me in the back and went over all the new features on the bike with me. I picked out a couple of Extras with Hunter before I left. The entire shop made me feel like family! Can't wait to come back and visit!!!
